Welcome to the newly made site of Highcliffe's Shinhimdo Taekwondo club, previously known as, simply,
the Taekwondo group. Shinhimdo is the style we've created using a combination of Kyushindo self-defence
techniques with Taekwondo kicks and strikes.
We have now been running for about eight years at the Highcliffe Primary School hall, with classes currently
being on Saturday mornings. In addition there are classes for Little Tigers and Women's Self-Defence.

- 10.30 - 12 noon Saturday
Little Tigers (4-6 yrs) - 4.00 - 5 pm Tuesday
Little Tigers (6-8 yrs) - 5.00 - 6 pm Tuesday
Ladies Self-Defence course - 7.00 - 8 pm Thursday
Our membership extends to anyone from the age of six years old (and Little Tigers from 4 years). Why
not try a free 'taster' lesson before paying the low rate of £5 a week for an hour and a half of healthy exercise
and fun!
The club is run by instructors Pete Smith and Stuart Noble. Administration and
finances are handled by Margaret Smith.
